We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and collaborative leader to serve as a Recruiting Supervisor on our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR you will:
oversee the day-to-day operations of the USAC recruiting team, providing leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to the Recruiters and Talent Sourcing Specialist. The Supervisor will also actively recruit for vacancies within divisions they support.

Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, the Recruiting Supervisor will be responsible for working with the Sr. Manager and HRBP to develop and implement recruiting strategies that help support the growth of USAC and maintain a viable talent pool for the organization.
