We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as a Senior Business Analyst within our Lifeline team.  Reporting to the Manager of Products & Program Management you will: - You will be the primary point of contact responsible for working with the operations and IT teams to develop and maintain product artifacts for the various systems necessary for applicants and employees to effectively use the systems associated with USAC’s core programs, and to remain consistent with FCC rules.  The position will also assist in overseeing IT project plans for systems in support of all stakeholders.
